With 15 years of experience, I have helped hundreds of clients effectively overcome challenges like anxiety, stress, panic attacks, insomnia, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, confidence, career change, public speaking, creative blocks, and more.
My integrative approach combines Ericksonian hypnotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching, mindfulness, somatic therapy, neuroaffective developmental psychology, and Attention Stances.
