Hypnosis, designed around your brief
Every project starts from what you want people to feel, notice or remember. These are the formats I work in most often, and they can be combined.
- 01
Brand activations and launches
Hypnosis as the experience itself. For the CUPRA Tindaya launch, I designed a test drive that took place entirely in the mind, and what the drivers described became the campaign film.
- 02
Live experiences at events
Guided group sessions for conferences, festivals, venues and private events, from a short collective trance to an immersive session with sound or movement.
- 03
Scripts, film and audio
Hypnosis scripts and guided audio for broadcast, film and digital products. For ITV, I wrote Hypno, a 30-minute film voiced by actor Jamie Flatters.
- 04
Team wellbeing and residencies
Workshops and one-to-one sessions on stress, focus, sleep and creativity, for your team or your customers. I was resident hypnotherapist for Browns Fashion in London.
The Hypnotic Test Drive with CUPRA
How do you test drive a car that cannot be driven yet? The CUPRA Tindaya is a concept car, so for its launch CUPRA moved the drive somewhere else: into the mind.
I led the hypnosis sessions. Drivers and creators including Jeremy Lynch, Daniel Abt and Becky Evans imagined the speed, the cabin and the feeling of being behind the wheel, and CUPRA turned what each of them described into AI-generated film.
It is the same skill I use in every session: helping the mind create an experience vivid enough for the body to feel it.

A hypnosis script for Hypno, with Jamie Flatters
A 30-minute film of visual and aural hypnosis, written and informed by me.
Resident hypnotherapist for The Residencies
Private one-to-one sessions for Browns clients, in person and online.
Perceptual Drift, a live group session
An immersive pop-up session on the Barbican sculpture court, with More Human Systems.
From brief to delivery
- 1
Brief
You tell me about the audience, the setting, the date and what you would like people to experience.
- 2
Concept
I propose a format, a length and a script, and refine it with your team, your agency or your production company.
- 3
Delivery
I lead the sessions in person or online, in London, across the UK or abroad, and brief every participant before we begin.
- 4
Content
Where the project needs it, I help turn the experience into film, audio or editorial, as with the CUPRA campaign.
Questions from brands and event teams
What is corporate hypnosis?
Hypnosis used in a business setting: an experience at a brand launch or event, a guided session for a team, or a script for film and audio.
It is not stage hypnosis. Nobody is asked to perform or is made to look foolish. Participants are guided into a focused, relaxed state and stay aware throughout.
Is it safe for participants?
Yes. I am a registered and insured clinical hypnotherapist (GHR and GHSC) with fifteen years of practice. Participants remain aware of where they are, can open their eyes or stop at any time, and are briefed before every session.
Do you work outside London?
Yes. I am based in London and have led sessions across the UK and in Berlin, Athens, Antwerp, Los Angeles and Mumbai. Some formats also work online.
How many people can take part?
Formats range from one-to-one sessions to large groups. Tell me the numbers and the space, and I will suggest what will work best.
How much does it cost?
Every project is quoted individually, depending on the format, the preparation, the number of sessions and any travel. Send a short brief and I will come back to you with a proposal.
