How does Online Hypnotherapy work?
What Happens in an Online Session?
Online sessions are just as personal and effective as in person. We’ll meet via Zoom, FaceTime, or WhatsApp, and begin with a conversation. You’ll have space to share what’s going on for you, and I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experience. If you’re unsure about the focus of the session, we’ll explore that together to bring clarity.
Once we’re ready, you’ll get comfortable—ideally in a quiet, private space—and I’ll guide you into hypnosis using my voice, just as I would in person. This natural, enjoyable shift into focused awareness doesn’t require any special ability, and is accessible even if you usually find it hard to concentrate or relax. From there, we’ll begin the therapeutic process, tailored to your needs.
