This is quite a detailed and helpful interview that touches upon some very interesting subjects: how I got into hypnosis in the first place, my view on hypnotherapy and why I think it is so helpful, who can benefit from hypnosis and what kind of experience people might have when they are working with me, what are the most common misconceptions about hypnosis and hypnotherapy and why they are misconceptions, how hypnosis works and how effective it is, how effective online hypnotherapy is, and lastly what kind of practices I myself engage with to keep well and healthy in both mind and body
