Hypno-Gong is an adventure in sound meditation, integrating hypnotic trance work and sound bath for an immersive deep-listening experience.
Michele will first guide the session through two stages of hypnotic trance work, allowing for a more deeply integrated and heightened sensory experience. As the body and mind relax, awareness expands, enabling our bodies to be nourished by Mona’s immersive sound bath. Participants will be saturated and cocooned in the live sounds of high quality Gongs and other instruments including Himalayan singing bowls, a shruti box, a sansula, chimes, rain-sticks, nutshell shakers and bamboo leaf rattles.
