A series of workshops led by Nissa Nishikawa and Michele Occelli exploring movement, hypnosis, dance and choreography. Held over a 2 weeks period at different cultural institutions in the cities of Tangier, Casablanca and Oujda.
The aim of these workshops is to allow individuals to enjoy their moving bodies, their relationship to music and dance and their own inner creativity
Through different forms of hypnosis, the participants will be guided into a deeper state of focus, to find movements and sensations which are joyful and spontaneous. Through visualisation we will connect the somatic experience to the imagination. With movement-based exercises we will find expression through dance, eventually building up to a group choreography to which the individuals will bring their own gestures and ideas.
